With a heavy heart, Mattie’s Strudel Haus at the Bath location closed on August 15th, 2025 but we live on are going back to our roots at 299 Industrial Drive, Nazareth, Pa APRIL 1st. Where we started 9 years ago.  You can continee to order strudels for the next two weeks. We will DELIVER to you.

****We will continue to host SIP & STRETCH classes once a month on Mondays at Soaked Winery (567 Blue Mountain Dr, Walnutport, PA 18088) from 7-8:30.

Join us for an evening of learning the art of dough stretching. Learn how to make your strudels the old-fashioned way!

Classes are $50 with a $20 down payment required when reserving.

What’s included: Take home 2- 16” strudels, free strudel appetizer bar, free glass of wine, coupons and priceless memories!
