Our Strudels are sold frozen

These specialty handmade and stretched strudels are to be kept frozen.
DO NOT THAW.

 

Ready to bake in the oven, at your convenience.

 Instructions on How to Bake On Cooling Rack:

*Bake from frozen*

 

  1.  Preheat your oven to 350 

  2. Remove frozen strudel from the plastic bag, and parchment paper and place it on the table or counter

  3. Place cooling rack on top of an edged tray (Add parchment or foil to the bottom of edged tray for easier clean up)

  4. Spray the cooling rack with nonstick cooking spray and place frozen strudel on top of the cooling rack

  5. Place frozen strudel in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the dough is golden brown 

 

For extra crispiness, once your strudel is done baking you can broil it to your liking. 

 

Instructions on How to Bake in Air Fryer:

*Bake from Frozen*

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 

  2. Remove frozen strudel from the plastic bag, and parchment paper and place it on the table or counter

  3. Add parchment paper to an edged tray and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. (you can use parchment paper that the strudel came wrapped in)

  4. Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. You are only baking it to make the middle soft. 

  5. After 20 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. 

  6. After 10 minutes cut your strudel to a size that will fit in your air fryer basket.

  7. Set Air Fryer to 350 and bake your strudel for an extra 20-25 minutes. 

  8. Let rest for 10 minutes, take out of the Air Fryer basket, and enjoy.
