Our Strudels are sold frozen

These specialty handmade and stretched strudels are to be kept frozen.
DO NOT THAW.

 

Ready to bake in the oven, at your convenience.

 Instructions on How to Bake On Cooling Rack:

*Bake from frozen*

 

  1.  Preheat your oven to 350 

  2. Line edged tray parchment or foil and place a cooling rack on top 

  3. Spray the cooling rack with nonstick cooking spray,. 

  4. Remove the frozen strudel from the plastic bag and parchment paper. Place frozen strudel on top of the cooling rack. 

  5. Place frozen strudel in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the dough is golden brown 

  6. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Instructions on How to Bake in Air Fryer: 

*Bake from Frozen*

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above

  2. After 20 minutes, take the strudel out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. 

  3. After 10 minutes cut your strudel to a size that will fit in your air fryer basket.

  4. Set Air Fryer to 350 and bake your strudel for an extra 20-25 minutes. 

  5. Let rest for 10 minutes, take out of the Air Fryer basket, and enjoy. 

Instructions on How to Bake a Cheese-Based Strudel:

*Bake from frozen*

**DO NOT USE COOLING RACK**

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees

  2. Line an edged tray with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray

  3. Remove the frozen strudel from the plastic bag and parchment paper

  4. Place frozen strudel on top of the parchment paper

  5.  Place your tray with the strudel on it in the oven. Bake your strudel(s) for 45-70 minutes or until the dough is golden brown

  6. Take your tray with the strudel(s) out of the oven and let rest for 10 minutes

 

For extra crispiness, once your strudel is done baking you can either broil it to your liking. 

 

You may refrigerate your strudels for up to 7 days after baking.
