Mattie’s Strudel Haus L.L.C. Homemade Authentic Hungarian Strudel. Sharing our heritage, we have created a variety of strudels, from Breakfast Delights, Savory Meals to Sweet Treats. All strudels are hand-made, hand-stretched, and rolled by hand. Please allow ample time for processing. Sold frozen, which allows you to bake them fresh for any event.
NOTE: Our Strudels that are Seasonal/Specialties are Available for specific months. Occasionally a specialty batch will be posted outside the designated time frame months on Facebook or posted here.

Available in a variety of flavors sized at 16". All of our varieties listed are made with fresh ingredients and are wrapped up in a thin flaky buttery dough. We sell them frozen which allows you to bake them fresh at home for any event.
GOURMET AT HOME
Our Strudels are sold frozen
These specialty handmade strudels are to be kept frozen.
Ready to bake in the oven, at your convenience. Preheat oven to 375˚. Unwrap Strudel. Place directly on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Let set for 10 minutes and enjoy!
To reheat, (for best results) pan fry, with a little bit of butter, toaster oven or oven.
Please avoid the microwave.
